Get yourselves down to The Lost Paradise Bar in Bournemouth on Monday the 8th of February for The RCA's very first audition at Bournemouth's hottest bar!

Have you got what it takes to be apart of The Revolution Cheerleading Academy? Have you got the cheer-licious sass to be an RCA girl? Yes? Well The RCA is the cheerleading academy that YOU need to join!

Bournemouth's BIGGEST cheer tryout will be taking place at 7pm and is an over 18's only event that you can't afford to miss.

With big things set for The RCA in 2016 already, YOU could be apart of something amazing, You will get the chance to perform at different events around the UK including Bournemouth 7's, SuperSlam Wrestling and many more exciting events.

What are you waiting for?

Give the coach a call on 07709 094242 to book your place to ensure you don't miss out on the hottest thing to hit the town this year.

Remember this blog post where the RCA girls ended up getting lost (again) at Lost Paradise Bar? Well, we can finally reveal what really went down...

You may have seen a *few* photo's scattered over social media recently capturing some of what happened when The RCA girls and the staff at Lost Paradise Bar celebrated Christmas early on one wet Sunday in November. But there's a lot more that we didn't let you in on. So here's what actually happened...

We were treated to a Christmas meal, learnt how to make Lost's classic Christmas cocktail's and were even surprised by friends and family who unexpectedly made a visit to join in the festivities!

It really was a magical night.

Thank you to The Lost Paradise Bar and all the wonderful staff for having us and treating us to an early Christmas!

Christmas Has Come Early For The RCA Girls

Last night saw the RCA girl's take to the racetrack to show off their newest routine with the newly expanded squad and what a spectacular night it was! If you missed it, well you really missed out.

Amid the fast cars, smashing and banging taking place at Ringwood Raceway's Banger Event, the RCA girls shook more than just their pom pom's and definitely kept up with all the fast pace action on and off the track.

Performing in Storm Desmond didn't stop the girls from doing their thang and showing Matcham's what they were made of - and of course, the routine went perfectly.

RCA Girls Take To The Track

Following on from last months Halloween night out at Lost Garden where this video was created (you can read all about it here), the RCA girls went back to Bournemouth's very own Island to get lost once again, but this time was different.

The Lost Garden had turned into a Winter Wonderland!

Decorated with everything from Christmas trees, fairy lights and tinsel, even us RCA girls got into the Christmas spirit and wore Santa hats to celebrate Christmas - even though it's early November.

We thought we'd start the Christmas festivities early and what better way to do so than to taste some of The Island's new Christmas cocktails! All made from scratch, we were able to try out some of the cocktails that you'll all be able to enjoy once The Lost Garden turns Christmassy on November 22nd.

But the fun didn't stop there.

After our cocktail tasting session, the wonderful staff (and amazing chefs) laid out a Christmas themed dinner from their amazing tapas menu for us to tuck in to.

With the table decorated with everything from wreaths to crackers, it really felt like Christmas had come early at Bournemouth's very own Island!

We all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would like to say a MASSIVE thank you to all the lovely staff at The Lost Garden in Bournemouth. Make sure you keep your eyes peeled for their Christmas promo video that us RCA girls will be in.
